Intracranial aneurysms are in children although several features distinguish them from adult aneurysms including variation in anatomic distribution and increased incidence of giant and posterior circulation aneurysms.
A case of an aneurysm of the middle cerbral artery in a 13-omnth-old baby is presented and literatures were reviewed and discussed
